MARLIN BONDS FOR SALE

City of Maarlin offers for sale at not less than par and accrued interest the following bonds:

(l)  Street Extension Improvements bonds, $25,000.

(2)  Public Improvement (park) bonds, $15,000.

Both of these issues are dated Oct. 1, 1931, due in 40 years, with option reserved to pay off after ten years.  Draw 5% interest payable semi-annually, and are of the denomination of $1000. each.

Proposals will be received up to 7:30 p.m. October 13, for all or part of these bonds, in lots of one bond or more up to 40.

A certified check on a Marlin bank for 2% of the amount of bid is required, which will be returned if bid is not accepted.

City reserves right to reject any or all bids.
