       A quantity of alleged beer was reported found in a raid on a residence on Coleman street in Marlin today by Constable Cooley, Deputy Winfrey, city Marshal Walston and Justice of Peace Curry.
       It was contained in two cases which lacked several bottles of being full, reports stated, being found in a room adjoining a porch.
       A charge of vagrancy was filed against John Patillo, who resides a the place, an entry on the Marlin justice court docket showing a plea of guilty and a fine of $1. and costs.
