CASES FROM FALLS COUNTY

Four Submitted to Higher Tribunal
At Austin by
Appellants

Four cases from Falls county were submitted to the Texas court of criminal appeals at Austin Wednesday.

Submitted on brief and oral argument were the appeals of Elbert Williams, given one year for illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, and T. L. Ray, assessed two years for burglary.

Cases of Frank Brai, given one year for illegal manufacture of intoxicating liquor, and Sam Hunter, who drew a five-year penalty on a robbery by assault conviction, were submitted on the state's brief.
