Writ of Habeas Corpus.
John Smith, convicted on a
charge of arson, and whose case was reversed and remanded by the court of
criminal appeals, has sued out a writ of habeas corpus through his attorney, E.
W. Bounds.
The writ is made before Judge
Scott at Waco and is for the purpose of securing bail. The date for the
hearing has not been announced.
