Will Move to Austin.
-----

Hon. B. H. Rice, associate justice of the court of civil appeals, came up from Austin Saturday morning.
Judge Rice is here for the purpose of moving his family to Austin, which he will do in a few days.  He says that this move does not mean that he and his family are abandoning Marlin for all time.  They will continue to recognize Marlin as their and retain all their property here.
They will carry to Austin the kindliest wishes of this community and county.
