Two Cases Sent Back.

 

    The court of civil appeals has reversed and remanded the case of John Norwaska against the I. & G. N. railway from this county.  The suit was brought to recover judgment for killing a mule and the plaintiff was given a verdict in the county court.

 

    In the case of Russell, also a mule damage suit against the same company, the court reversed and rendered for the appellants, the railway company.
