Swift Justice in this Case.

       Alex Franklin, who burglarize(d) Mose Amerine's store in Rosebud, plead guilty to the charge in district court Thursday and was given eight years in the pen.
       Franklin stated when sentence was being passed on him that he had been to the pen before and was released during the month of May this year.  He seemed anxious to get back and the jury facilitated his desires to the extent aforesaid.
