SLIGHT WRECKS ON I. & G. N.
-----
One Car Derailed in Marlin, Two
at Hallsburg.
-----

The I. & G. N. railway had two "slight derailments" Sunday and Sunday night that were sufficient to delay all trains from 1:40 Sunday until 9:30 Monday.
The first derailment was a car on a southbound freight, which went off tracks at the curve on Ward street in Marlin.  The crew and all the assistance they could command worked some two hours before the track was cleared so that the passenger train could get by.
Sunday night two freight cars went into the ditch near Hallsburg and the track was not cleared until about 7 (rest of sentence faded out-lsc).
The train due here at midnight, conductor Lee Murphy in charge, came in at 9:30, after having spent the night at Hallsburg.
No serious damage resulted from either accident and trains are now running as usual.
