SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE.
The State of Texas, County of Falls.
By virtue of an Order of Sale, issued out
of the Honorable District Court of Falls county on the lst day of October A.D.
1907, by the clerk thereof, is the case of S. J. Slade, P. B. Waters and Benton
Willey versus A. Burney, No. 7101, and to me, as sheriff, directed and
delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescribed by law
for sheriff's Sales, on the First Tuesday in November A. D. 1907, it being the
5th day of said month before the the court house door of said Falls county, in
the city of Marlin the following described property to wit:
Being real property situated in the County
of Falls and State of Texas, and in the town of Rosebud, and more particularly
described as follows:--Being lot 1 (one) in block 45 (forty-five) in Texas Town
Site Company addition to the town of Rosebud, west of the railroad, as shown by
map of F. O. Porter.
Also lot 3 (three) block 53 (fifty-three)
in Texas Town Site Company addition to town of Rosebud, west of railroad, as
shown by map of F. O. Porter, levied on as the property of A. Burney, to satisfy
a judgment amounting to $88.00 10 per cent interest from day of judgment, and
$5.00 as attorney's fee, in favor of S. J. Slade, P. B. Waters and Benton
Willey, and costs of suit.
Given under my hand, this 2nd day of
October A.D. 1907.
