SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE.
The State of
Texas, County of Falls.
By virtue of an alias execution issued out
of the Honorable Nineteenth Judical District court of McLennan county, Texas, on
the 9th day August, A.D. 1907, by the clerk thereof in the case of Sanger
Brothers, a firm composed of Isaac Sanger, Alex Sanger and Sam Sanger versus J.
H. English, No. 14944, and to me as sheriff directed and delivered. I will
proceed to sell within the hours prescribed by law for Sheriff's Sales, that is,
between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p.m. on the first Tuesday in
November, 1907, it being the 5th day of said last named month, before the court
house door of Falls county, in Marlin, Texas, all the right, title and interest
of said J. H. English in and to lots 5 and 6 in block 112, Lott, Falls county,
Texas, lot 21 in block 29 in Lott, Faalls county, Texas, lots 11,
12, 13, 14 and 15 in block 79, Lott, Falls county, Texas. the above lots levied
on by me August 10 1907 , and all of his right, title and interest in and to a
tract of land in Falls county, Texas, on the west side of the Brazos river, and
a part of the George Leonard survey. Beginning at the N. W. corner of said
George Leonard survey for the N. W. corner of this tract, thence N 60 E
with the north line of said Leonard survey to a s(t)ake for corner, same being
30 feet N 30 W from a stake that is S 60 W 20 feet from the N W corner of a lot
out of said Leonard survey, now owned by W. H. White, thence S 30 E to a stake
in the North line of the Paul Jones land. Thence S 60 W with Paul Jones
north line to a stake in the west line of the said Leonard survey. Thence
N 30 W 192 varas to the place of beginning, excepting a lot in the N. E. corner
of said tract, said lot fronting 150 feet on the north line of said tract
and running back 200 feet, making the said lot 150x200 feet and being the same
land conveyed to Jno. H. English by G. H. Threadgill et al by deed dagted March
11th 1899, and recorded in book 20 on pages 214 and 215 of the deed records of
Falls county, Texas of the deed records of Falls county, Texas, to which
reference is made for better description, and levied on by me August 12, 1907.
The right, title and interest of said J. H. English in and to all of said above
described property having been levied on by me to satisfy a judgment amounting
to $1184.19, besides interest and costs in favor of said Sanger Brothers against
said English.
