SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE.

The State of Texas, County of Falls.
       By virtue of an Order of Sale, issued out of the Honorable District Court of Falls county, on 14th day of October A.D. 1907, by the clerk thereof, in the case of B. C. Curry versus G M. Mallory and Bettie Mallory, No. 7232, and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescrived by law for Sheriff's Sales, on the First Tuesday in November, A.D. 1907, it being the 5th day of said month, before the court house door of said Falls county, in the city of Marlin, the following described property to-wit:  Situated in Marlin, Falls county, Texas, and being known and designated as lots Nos. 17 and 18 in original oulot No. 30, J. F. Reed addition to the city of Marlin, according to the official map of said city as adopted in 1899; being the same property now in possession of said defendnts and upon which they reside and the same property conveyed to them by the plaintiff by deed of July 4, 1906.  Levied on as the property of G. M. Mallory and Bettie Mallory, to satisfy a judgment amounting to $109.28 in favor of plaintiff, B. C. Curry, and costs of suit, together with interest on above amount at 10 per cent per annum from date of judgment.
       Given under my hand, this 14th day of October A.D. 1907.
