A SERIOUS OFFENSE IS CHARGED
-----
Defendant Goes to Fort Worth and
Gives Bond.
-----

Dr. W. R. Dupree of this city is charged with malpractice at Fort Worth.
Immediately upon being notified, by a friend, of the charges Dr. Dupree left for Fort Worth Saturday afternoon and placed himself at the disposal of the officers.  In the meanwhile Deputy Sheriff Purvis of Fort Worth reached Marlin Sunday morning with the papers in the case.
The defendant gave bond to answer.  He has made no statement of the affair, but intimate friends here state that he will have no difficulty in establishing his innocence and that the charges are baseless.
