REAL ESTATE DEAL IS CLOSED UP

Portion of Nash, Robinson & Co.
Block Changes Hands.

The Deal that has been pending for several weeks for a portion of the Nash,
Robinson & Co property, has been finally closed up, the deeds passed and the
money paid.
The purchasers get 360 feet off the north
end of the block opposite the hot well, Bethesda, Majestic and Imperial
properties. The depth of the lots will be from 120 to 150 feet, the latter
measure being on the west side of the property. The consideration is
$12,000.
Anson Hazelwood and J. R. Hill,
representing the interests who purchased the property, arrived in the city from
Mineral Wells Saturday. They have given out nothing as to their plans in
regard to the development of the property.
