Marlin Livestock Market.

Conyers reports have hogs very scarce and prices high compared with Fort Worth market.  Fat hogs bring here 5.65 to 5.85.  Thin shoats and stockers, 4.50 to 5.50.  Export demand is good.
Horses and mules a little slow compared with the large stock of all kinds on hand.  Several head changed hands last week.
Among the buyers in the Marlin horse and mule market were Geo. Riley of Lott; L. G. Savzas, Waco; W. T. Trewett, Lorena; W. H. Turner, Houston; J. W. Slaughter, Humble; Cooke & Simmons, Fort Worth.
A large number of horses, mares and mules are always found in Marlin for sale.  It pays others to buy here and it will pay you.  Try it and see for yourself.
