Judgment for Plaintiff.

 

    The case of Whaley vs. McCall, on trial for three days in county court, resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for $750, the amount sued for.

 

    The case had some peculiar features and was stoutly contested.

 

    After hearing the evidence and argument of counsel, the court instructed the jury to find a verdict for the plaintiff which was done.
