John Richardson entered a plea of guilty in two cases in the county court this morning, one for drunkenness and the other for disturbing the peace, and was fine $1 in each case.
This is the negro, who on last Friday night was entertaining his "cullud brudders" in the restaurant on the east side of the square in a manner calculated to disturb the peace.  He has been dispatched to Cox & Magee's army at Chilton and will be given a chance to display his surplus energy in a more profitable business.
