Gun Club Practice Score.
-----

Ten members of the Marlin Gun Club indulged a very exciting practice shoot at their grounds near town Friday afternoon.  It was nip and tuck between Dr. Reeves and John Groves as to who would score highest, and for a time it was doubtful who would win.
An official count seems to indicate that Groves won by a scratch.  The score stood as follows:

       J. Groves-43
       Reeves-42
       Oltorf-23
       Turner-40
       Stallworth-36
       Schuh-32
       O. Groves-37
       Dupuy-28
       Yates-40
       Sparks-16

Oltorf and Sparks shot 25; the others shot 50.
