To the Sheriff or any Constable of
       Falls County--Greeting:
       To all persons interested in the estate of Levaney E. Whittington, minor; T. G. Peters, guardian, has filed in the county court of Falls county, this account for final settlement of said estate, which will be acted on at the August term, 1907, of said court.
       Therefore, you are hereby commanded, that by publication of this writ for at least twenty days in a newspaper printed in the county of Falls, you give due notice to all persons interested to appear before said court at the August term thereof 1907, commencing on the 19th day of August 1907, and contest the said account if they see proper to do so.
