Cases Continued
The
disorderly house cases from Rosebud were set down in county court, Tuesday but
were continued until next term of the court on account of the parties defendant
being unable to appear.
These are
the cases in which County Attorney Connally has invoked the injunction method of
proceeding against them, in addition to the criminal cases pending.
In one of
these cases the defendant was convicted and fined $200. Since then the
other cases have been continued a number of times account absence of defendants
who sent in physician's certificates showing that they were ill and not able to
attend.
