Capt. Warren Swann Here.
-----

Capt. J. Warren Swann of the Philippines constabulary, is in the city.
He is on leave of absence which he is spending in the United States, principally in Texas, visiting relatives and old friends.  The captain is a son of Maj. J.J. Swann of Chilton and left Marlin nine years ago to take up the cause of Uncle Sam in the far east.  After the war was over, he was assigned to the constabulary and has a record that is among the best in the government war Philippine records at Washington.
