ARRESTED ON SERIOUS CHARGES

Three Boys Held for Breaking into
Marlin Sanitarium.

Three boys
of Marlin were arrested Tuesday night by City Marshal Stallworth and were placed
in jail on the charge of forcing an entrance into the Marlin sanitarium.
It was
about 11 o'clock when the marshal and one or two others were near the
sanitarium. They heard a window crash and went to investigate. The
boys were found in the basement and taken to jail.
What their
object was in entering the building has not yet developed. They are held
pending an investigation. They claim that they had nothing to do with the
breaking of the glass and that they entered an open door.
Complaints
were filed against Doc Lucas and Tom Rogers, Charles Ballard is held as a
suspect.
