Approaching Wedding.

       An approaching nuptial event of wide social interest in South Texas is the marriage of Miss Mildred Durst, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Horatio Durst, of Leon county, and James A. Giraud of Houston.
       Miss Durst has visited here frequently as the guest of Judge and Mrs. Norman G. Kittrell, and has been an admired and popular girl.  Mr. Giraud, wso (sic) is the commercial agent of the Frisco road, is a prominent business man, and represents a family socially well known in the city.
       The marriage will take place on the evening of Wednesday, the 27th, at Calvert, at the of the Misses Wynne, aunts of the bride elect.  The attendants will be Miss Mary Kittrell, maid of honor, and the bridesmaids are Misses Azele Durst of Tyler, Rosallis Battle of Marlin, Bessie Gibson of Calvert, Laura Allen of Calvert, Laura Allen of Calvert, Nonie Mason of Van Vleck, Stella Giraud.
       The bridegroom's best man will be Richard Giraud, and the groomsmen are Charles Giraud, Stuart Giraud, Clark Wren, W. Kendall, Eugene Giraud, Styles Giraud, Norman G. Kittrell, Jr.  The wedding journey will include a trip to St. Louis and Chicago.--Houston Post.
