    Notice is hereby given that original letters of administration upon the estate of Prior R. Stripling, deceased, were granted to me, the undersigned, on the 24th day of November, 1907, by the county court of Falls county, Texas.  All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same to me within the time prescribed by law.  My residence and post office address are Runge, Karnes county, State of Texas.

John Willogreen, a negro of Fort Worth, who was alleged to have

undertaken the discovery of hidden riches, is in jail, charged with swindling.

His case will be threshed out at next term of district court.
