A Warm One From Mart.
-----

The Mart Herald hands out this one:  "There seems to prevail among us country newspaper men an idea that we were rushed into existence to save the people from political destruction and to this end the average wise (?) editor begins to push the pencil and starts on his patriotic mission by cursing out the last legislators and stamping the legislature as fools of the first water, and at the same time this patriotic missionary could not give the text of four laws passed during the 30th legislature to save his junk shop from hades.  It has been always the "last legislature" that was the "wust out," and it will continue thus until our great-grandchildren are old men and women."
