Mr. Sanson, who has been confined to his room for several weeks with pneumonia is slowly inproving.

Mr. Grover Whiteside is right sick. Threatened with pneumonia.

R. Scruggs of Kosse succeds C. Q. Davis in the management of Markham and Reese Lumber and Hardware business at this place.

After several days of the coldest weather of the winter, accompanied by a light rain and sleet, we are glad to see the sunshine once more, with a rise in the tempperature.
