SENTENCES PASSED

     Judge Scott passed sentences upon the following parties. Thursday, convicted at this term of the court:

Ed. Logan, murder, 5 years.  

Will Berry, theft from person 2 years.

Henry Perkins, attempted criminal assault, 50 years.

Dan McLoud, burglary, 2 years.

     Notices of appeal were given in all the cases except that of McLand, a new hearing being granted in his case.
