RESOLUTION OF THANKS.

       Marlin, Texas, May lst, '02,
       Willis L. Lang Camp No. 299
U.C.V. feeling deeply grateful for the kindness, generosity and courtesy and hospitality given to its members at the Dallas Reunion, desires to put it upon record, and to make public its acknowledgement and appreciation, therefore be it
       Resolved, That we herein tender to the I. & G. N. railroad our thanks for reduced rates, generous and courteous treatment and to the citizens of Dallas for their gracious welcome, great hospitality and their solicitious care for our happiness and comfort in entertaining us.
       Second, That we do violence to our feelings were we not to make special acknowledgement to our former townsman and friend R. B. Godley for his kindly care and entertainment of so many of us in his own home.
       Third, That these resolutions be placed upon our records and that a copy be forwarded the Dallas News for publication.
