NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CRED-

ITORS.

 

    In the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Texas, in Bankruptcy.

 

    In the matter of David L. Wardlaw bankrupt.  No. 346 in Bankruptcy.

 

    To the creditors of David L. Wardlaw, of Reagan in the county of Falls and district aforesaid, a bank- (rest of statement not here-lsc)

 

    Notice is hereby given, that on the 3rd ay of December A. D. 1902, the said David L. Wardlaw was duly adjudicated bankrupt; and that the first meeting of his creditors will be held at U. S. Court building in Waco, Texas, on the 15th day of December A. D. 1902, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; at which time the said creditors may attend, prove their claims, appoint a trustee, examine the bankrupt, and transact such other business as may properly come before said meeting.
