Is the Prevailing Opinion.
-----

There seems but little doubt that the new town of Mart will be selected, if not already in fact, as the site of the International and Great Northern Railway shops and division headquarters.
This is the opinion that prevails in Waco and in Marlin and is based on certain indications that seem to point very strongly in that direction.
Waco has practically given up the fight according to the Times-Herald, which states that it is a pretty generally conceded fact that the shops will go to Mart.
If the shops are located at Mart it goes without saying that that town will experience quite a boom as a result and will prove a respectable competitor to other places near by.
