MISS LEE ARRESTED.

       Richmond, Va., Mis(s) Mary Custis Lee, daughter of the late Gen. R. E. Lee, was arrested at Alexandria, Va., charged with riding in the negro apartment of a railway coach.  She was released on her personal recogniznace.  She forfeited $5, which she deposited for her appearance.
