CASE OF KYSER AND SUTHERLAND

M. K. & T. RY CO.

     The damage case of Kyser and Sutherland vs. M. K & T. Ry, company and the Fort Worth and Denver railway company, was disposed of in district court Thursday. The case was tried before the court. The case was dismissed as to the Fort Worth and Denver for want of jurisdiction. As to the M. K. & T. the court rendered a judgment for the plaintiff for $954.72. The defendent gave notice of appeal.
