His Majesty Communicates To His
Subjects.

Will Arrive Monday September 15.

       "His Royal Highness,"  King Nilram I, is now on his way to Marlin to reign during Carnival week.  He is accompanied by the Lord Chamberlain and a large retinue of attendants and in (sic) now in mid ocean headed for Marlin.  Mr. James R. Taylor received the following telegram from His Majesty Friday morning:

To James R. Taylor, Chairman
       Carnival Committee,
                       Marlin, Texas.

His Majesty, King Nilram 1, will arrive in his city of Marlin on Sept. 15.
Instruct the Mayor and city fathers and county officials, other loyal subjects to meet him and march to Bartlett Park when he will receive the keys of Marlin and proclaim freedom to all good subjects.
