EXECUTOR'S NOTICE

     Notice the Creditors of the Estate of Annie E. Spencer, Deceased:

     Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, W. M. Gunnell and R. D. Forbes, on the 11th day of December, 1915, qualified as independent executors of the will of Annie E. Spencer, deceased, which will was admitted to probate by the county court of Falls County, Texas, on the 8th day of December, 1915.
 

     All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present same to us, or either of us, within the time prescribed by law. Their residence and post office address of W. M. Gunnell is Marlin Texas, and the residence and post office address of R. D. Forbes is Reagan, Texas, each with in the County of Falls and State of Texas.
