Three Rosebud Men Arraigned in Answer
Charge.

       The late fire at Rosebud is believed by the officers over there to have been the work of an incendiary.  Sco(missing) after the fire three arrests were made two men named Thomas and one by the name of Winfrey, who owned the stock of goods known as the Racket Store and which was destroyed in the fire.
       An examination into the facts of the case before Justice Jack Watters, resulted in the two Thomases being turned loose and Winfrey being held in bonds of the sum of $1000.
