CANNERY STOCKHOLDERS MEETING.

DIRECTORS NOMINATED AND INCOPORATION (SIC)

ORDERED.

-----

   

    A meeting of the stockholders in the canning factory was held Wednesday at the court house for the purpose of organization.

    James R. Taylor was chosen chairman of the meeting and B. C. Nettles, secretary.

    A committee of three to draft by Laws was appointed as follows:  B. C. Nettles, L. N. Stanley and S. N. Donohoo.

    It was ordered that the company be incorporated under the laws of the state and that application for a charter be made at once.

    The following were recommended as directors; another to be chosen later:--Geo S. Cousins, L. N. Stanley, S. H. Johnson, J. R. Taylor, and J. T. Owens.
