CANNERY MEETING.

-----

CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS ADOPTED--DIRECTOR

ELECTED.

A meeting of the stockholders of the canning factory was held in the office of J. R. Taylor on Wednesday afternoon.  The committee on bylaws and constitution reported and the same was adopted.

It was decided that the name of the institution should be the "Falls County Canning and Manufacturing Co." so as to admit the addition of the manufacturing of a number of articles, without the further necessity of an amended charter.

Communications were read from various parties desiring to sell machinery for the plant.

The vacancy in the board of directors that was left open at the previous meeting was filled by the election of A. L. Branson.

The board is now composed of the following gentlemen:  Geo. S. Cousins, L. N. Stanley, S. H. Johnson, J. R. Taylor, J. T. Owen, Jno. L. Sylvester, A. L. Branson.
