BOND FORFEITED.

The bond of Albert Jordon, charged
with forgery, was forfeited by order of the district court, the defendant having
failed to appear. The negro and his sureties love in Milam county.
An alias capias has been issued for the principal in the case and an officer
dispatched for him.
