LOCALS
The Marlin Civic Club will hold a regular meeting at 7:30 p.
m. Thursday in the of Mrs. Walter Allen, 131 Maryland Street.
The Community Garden Club will meet Friday afternoon in the of Mrs. Charles E.
Reagan, with Mrs. George Langford and Mrs. Luther Barrow as co-hostesses.
The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. because of Marlin High School Homecoming
activities which take place that afternoon.
