S. H. Seale of Hearne underwent an operation in Marlin Wednesday.

Falls county post No. 31 American Legion meets in the city hall at eight o'clock tonight.

Miss Lelia Armstrong has moved to Marlin from Corsicana and is with R. E. Cox Dry Goods Company in the ready-to-wear department.

The mid-winter session of the Central Texas Medical Society will be held in Waco on the second Tuesday in January, it was decided at the mid-summer session at Corsicana this week.  Dr. J. B. McReynolds and Dr. Holman Taylor of Dallas, president and secretary of the state society, attended the meeting.
