JAMES MELTON HETHERINGTON

     James Melton Hetherington, b September 27, 1914, d September 1, 1978 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas. On December 27, 1936, he married Alaine Estes, a native of Falls County, and they had three children:

     Janis, who married Everett Eugene Bennett of Richardson, Texas; James who resides in Dallas, Texas; and Bonnie Jean, who married in January 1969 to Aaron Burrus Manley, II, of Marlin.

     James Melton Hetherington was supervisor of the Texas Welfare Department in Falls County.
