Clarence H. Ford, b. March 14, 1928 at Navasota, Washington County, Texas-is a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Satin, and is president of the Usher Board to which he is a loyal and faithful member.

Mr. Ford was married to Mrs. Gustine (Jackson) Black, b. March 4, 1925 in Falls County, Texas-a daughter of George Jackson and Mattie (McDowell) Jackson, b. January 7, 1903 in Falls County, Clarence and Gustine have no children.

Prior to her marriage to Mr. Ford, Gustine Jackson and married Frank Black, Jr., b. April 18, 1924, now deceased, and they had five children:

Annie Ray Black, b. September 19, 1944 in McLennan County, Texas-resides in Waco, Texas.

Alvin Ray Black, b. March 9, 1946 in McLennan County, Texas-resides in Waco, Texas.

Joann (Black) Degrate, Spark Hall, b. July 7, 1948 in Falls County, Texas at Satin-resides in Rosenthal, Texas.

Johnny Lee Black, b. July 6, 1949 at Satin, Falls County, Texas-resides in Waco, Texas.

Jimmy Earl Black, b. July 2, 1955 in Satin, Falls County, Texas. Mrs. Gustine (Jackson-Black) Ford is employed at Baylor University as a supervisor (in Waco, Texas). She is a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church at Satin, and has been since childhood. She has been a member of the Usher Board there for 14 years, and is director of Primary Church and Vacation Bible School. She is a former Junior Mission President, and is presently the Vice Chairman of the Senior Mission. She has been a member of the Eastern Star-Lillie Esther Chapter 324 since age twenty.
