Husband and Imbecile Daughter Get use of Poole Estate - the hearing of the application to admit to probate the will of Mary E. Poole, who died at Edgerton, December 27, (1906) has been set for January 14, before Probate Judge Frazier.  The last testament of Mrs. Poole was made February 17, 1906. she bequeathed the use of her estate after all debts and funeral expenses had been paid, to her husband, William and to her imbecile daughter, Alta Poole, both of Edgerton. The husband and daughter are only to have the benefits of the property left by the mother and wife during their natural life. At the death of either of these, the property reverts to the living one. After the death of the two beneficiaries, the property is equally divided into eight shares.  Seven children are each to receive one-eighth a piece, while the remaining eighth is to be shared equally by two step sons, sons of Mr. Poole by a former marriage. There is to be no administrator appointed, the husband to have charge of the property during his life, and should he die before the imbecile daughter, the estate is to be held in trust by Frank W. Poole, a son. The seven children are, Ira A. Poole of Toledo, Frank W. Poole of Berea, Oh., Harlan L. and Charles W. Poole of Edgerton, Bertha Warrick of Enid, Ok., Eva Gabriel of Edgerton, and Mattie Nichols of Hicksville, Oh. The two step sons of Mrs. Poole are Ruby J. Poole of Warrensburg, Mo., and Emery Poole of Grand Rapids, Mich. There are also two granddaughters living at Tecumseh, Mich.
