The following is an index to Criminal Court Records. These are original records are stored at the Holmes County Genealogical Society Library, located in Millersburg, Ohio. A donation of $5.00 is requested for the first 25 pages and an additional $5.00 for anything above 25 pages.These records are consindered criminal and are heard under the Court of Common Pleas. They can be anything from a simple disturbing the peace, bastarady to an inquest. Some include just the charge and maybe the fine and are a one-time deal while others go on for several months and end with essencially a transcript of the trial.
