Kosch spent his whole career in the same bank, starting at First National in 1939. "He was just a bookkeeper, I think," Howe said. "He was here 46 years last September."

Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the David City Memorial Chapel and a rosary will be said there at 7:30 p.m. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Kosch; three daughters, Mrs. Don (Judy) Dworak and Mrs. Charles (Janet) Jura, both of Columbus and Mrs. Dana (Jane) Trowbridge of David City; two brothers, Arthur Kosch of David City and John Kosch of Loveland, Colo.; three sisters, Mrs. John (Imogene) Perkins of Kimball, sister Elothari, OSF, of Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. James (Catherine) Dalton Scottsbluff; and three grandchildren.
