KEELER--Alice Elaine Keeler was born September 24th, 1920, and answered the summons to the Heavenly Home January 10, 1930. God has loaned her to the world for nine years, three months and seventeen days. Alice was baptized in infancy, and from early childhood attended Sunday School and church, first a Wattsville and later at the Monroe Union Church. She was in the 4th grade at school, and was doing splendid work. Although her years were few, she had won a large place in the hearts of those who were near to her, by great delight in being helpful to her mother and father, sisters and brothers. Among the many who will miss little Alice are the bereaved parents, five sisters: Helen, Lena, Mary, Rose, Evelyn, Violet Bethene, and four brothers: Milo, Harold Charles and Arno. Funeral services were conducted from the home and the Monroe Union Church Monday afternoon by Dr. C. A. Stewart and buried in the New Hope Cemetery.
