ONDRACEK, LIBBIE NYKODEM [September 14, 1916 - April 13, 1967]
MRS. ONDRACEK BURIED MONDAY IN CLARKSON
    Mrs. Joseph B. Ondracek, 50, homemaker in the Bethlehem Chapel Community, died early April 13 at Behlen Memorial Hospital in Columbus. She submitted to major surgery there April 5.
    Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday at New Zion Presbyterian Church in Clarkson. Dr. George Bancroft of Omaha conducted the service and officiated at the burial in Clarkson Cemetery.
    Rev. Richard Hovis, pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Schuyler, had charge of an 8 p.m. prayer service Sunday at Svoboda Funeral Home.
    Hymns at the church service were sung by Adele Kasal, Gladys Krula, Florence Clausen, Martha Kabes, Martha Prazak, Pauline Fayman and Tillie Tichy. They were accompanied by Mrs. Charles Novotny.
    Pallbearers were Charles Vavricek, Edwin Rydel, James F. Heitz, Allan Ferguson, Emil Horak and Clarence Stark.
    Libbie Ann, daughter of Ludwig and Ann Buchacek Nykodem, was born Sept. 14, 1916, in Clarkson. She graduated from Clarkson High School. She was married to Joseph B. Ondracek Sept. 14, 1937 at New Zion Presbyterian Church in Clarkson.
    They made their home on a farm northeast of Schuyler in the Bethlehem Chapel community. She was a member of Bethlehem Chapel Ladies Aid, Church Choir and a Sunday School teacher.
    She is survived by Mr. Ondracek; a son, Joseph C. of Schuyler; a daughter Kathryn of Lincoln; a grandson James Joseph Ondracek; and a brother, Ernest L. Nykodem of Memphis, Tenn.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
