Mary Ann Carriso, born July 4, 1757, married William O'Nan (1754-1825) in 1777, son of James O'Nan
of Culpepper County, Virginia.  She died about 1830 in Henry County, Kentucky.  For a time the lived
in Greenbrier County, Virginia, where their first son, Dennis, was born, September 25, 1778.  In 1793.
moved with six children to Kentucky in that portion of Jefferson County, which later became Henry
County, where they settled permanently and spent the rest of their lives.

Dennis, IV, born September 25, 1778 in Culpepper or Greenbrier County, Virginia.  He died on May 22, 1847 in Franklin County,
Kentucky and left a will recorded in Book 2, page 183. He married Lydia Brewer on October 24, 1802 in Henry County, Kentucky.
She was born on April 29, 1779 in Prince William County, Virginia and died on October 23, 1863 in Franklin County, Kentucky.
They had children; Mary born about 1803, in Henry County, Kentucky.  She was listed as Mary Webb in father's will; Sarah B., born
on May 29, 1805 in Henry County, Kentucky.  She married Edmund Bailey on August 25, 1822 in Franklin County, Kentucky.
Sarah died on July 25, 1855, William Brewer born on April 6, 1809 in Henry County, Kentucky and died on January 11, 1874 in
Franklin County. William married first, Jane Steele and second, Ann S. Hawkins on October 15, 1849, in Franklin County. Jane
born about 1811, in Henry County, Kentucky.  She died in 1876.  On March 13, 1832 Jane married Lawrence Gordon in Franklin
County, Kentucky. Dennis V. born about 1819 in Henry County, Kentucky.  He died in Franklin County, Kentucky in 1899. He
married first Betty Hays and second Elizabeth Waits on March 3, 1870, in Franklin County.
Ann, born about 1781.  She married John Miller
Clempson, Sr., born about 1783 in Greenbrier County, Virginia and died in 1845.  He married Libby Brewer LeCompt on
September 12, 1803. They had children, Sabinia, born about 1808 and died 1879, Clempson, Jr., born January 1811 and
died in 1889 at Flag Fork. He married Nancy Brewer on January 29, 1830
Thomas, Sr., born about 1785 in Greenbrier County, Virginia.  He died in Henry County, Kentucky in October of 1851. On
November 29, 1810 in Shelby County, Kentucky he married Elizabeth Tom Penn. in Shelby County on November 29, 1810.
There children were:  Anderson, Louis, Rebecca Thomas, Jr., Mary "Polly", Jane, Charity, Nancy, Kneckie, Dennis, VI,
William , IV, James, III and Eliza Jane.
Mary, born 1791 in Greenbrier County, Virginia. She married William Brewer, Jr. on March 9, 1807 in Shelby County,
Kentucky. They had children; Dennis, John, Enoch, William, Jane and Susannah
William, Jr., born about 1792.  He married Charity Brewer on February 26, 1811 in Henry County, Kentucky.  William and
Charity had children, Elizabeth, who married Horace Gordon; Dennis, IX and Peter, II.
Peter, Sr., born about 1794 in Henry County, Kentucky.  He married Elizabeth Brewer.  They had children; Frances Jane
married John Wallace; John, III, married Amanda Dermitt; William, III, married Sarah Ann Bryan and Emaline who
married James Sherrard
James, II, born between 1797-1802, Henry County, Kentucky. James died in Daviess County, Kentucky in 1846  In
Franklin County on August 22, 1823, he married Elizabeth Bowlen. Their children were:  Emeline Mary, married Charles
Travis, John W., Catherine, Leo D., Frances M., Caroline C., and James W.,

James O'Nan, Sr., (son of Dennis and Rebecca) was born about 1755 in Haycock, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  In 1789 in Virginia,
he married Elizabeth Lincoln, daughter of John Lincoln and Rebecca Fowler. Elizabeth was born about 1760 in Bucks County.

John, born about 1790.  He married Rebecca Carrico on April 2, 1813, in Shelby County, Kentucky
Dennis, III, born about 1793.  He married on May 29, 1823 in Shelby County, Kentucky to Clarissa Bowles
Rebecca, born about 1792.  She married John Simmons on February 3, 1814 in Shelby County, Kentucky
