NEWPORT
Police Judge Hawkins last night bound Jacob Henry over to await
the action of the February grand jury on a charge of burglary. His bond was
fixed at $1000.
It is alleged that he is the man who entered Councilman Wuesten's saloon on Monmouth street several nights ago and secured a lot of whiskey.
