Captain William O B Stricker

Capt. William O B Stricker, 67, former Chief of Police of Newport, died Saturday evening at his home, 811 York st. Newport after a brief illness. He was for many years a pilot on the Ohio River and was well known between Cincinnati and New Orleans.
A widow and four daughters survive him. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock with services at the residence.
