LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF VALENTINE HAIGIS
I, Valentine Haigis, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make publish and ordain the following as for my last will and testament in the manner following with:
First: I give bequeath and devise unto my beloved wife, Aupalonia Hiagis, all the Real and personal property of every kind and description that I may own at the time of my death.
Second: I hereby nominate and appoint my Wife Aupolonia Haigis as Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and request of the honorable Court in which she may qualify as such. To require no bond of her as said executrix. I further desire and direct that no Appraisement or inventory of my Estate be made.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 11th day of July 1904.

The foregoing paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Valentine Haigis dec’d was presented in open Court at the above term in Newport and offered for Probate. The same was proven by the paths the same was fully established as and for the last Will and Testament of the said Valentine Haigis and as such admitted to probated and ordered to be recorded in Alexandria Clerk’s Office. Whereupon the same and this certificate have been duly recorded in my Office.
